Solutions to the symptoms of stress and anxiety

Stress and anxiety are terms often used together but which really represent a continuum which stretches from overwhelm and stress to a more intense sense of worry, fear or panic which the sufferer might be confused about if there is no immediate problem or threat or the reaction is out of proportion to the threat.

This is because we are taught to see our bodies as machines with stress and anxiety as breakdowns of that machine. However, we are not machines but human beings with feelings, perceptions, dreams and aspirations. The threat of anxiety must be understood with this in mind.

How has your anxiety been created to implore you to listen to something that you may be avoiding in your life?
